well dang i installed windows xp sp3 and now when i log onto the shard and start to enter britt i get the message that its enccountered a problem and either i can close or debug it

Joey you may have to do a "restore point" before you installed the sp3....Just go to the restore point before you put that in.....Start>programs>accessories>System tools>system restore....Hope that takes care of it....

ok joey try and reinstall razor to see if that helps you log on...Also see if you can patch a little further on your uo...you are using Vista right? IF you are try and turn off firewalls and set security to low while trying to log on....for some reason reason sometimes Vista won't allow razor to connect....let me know if your still having issues...

When I was having problems patching, it helped for me to start from scratch and reinstall uo. I am not sure if the uo patch server was down when I first tried it or what but thats how I finally got to do a full patch.

well with Vista sometimes that's the only thing you can do....Vista is really stubborn and doesn't like to allow anything to go thru.... And the security and firewall I swear nothing can go thru w/out your ;permission and then it even doesn't want to....hehe

no i am using windows xp sp3 have had this issue since the install of sp3 i am patch as far as i can go on the client well what myst told me to go i will try to reinstall razor and all that mumbo jumbo

so i think razor does not support service pack 3 i have reinstalled the client and razor but still wont work and i have no restore point on my computer
